Welcome to the Tanya Creative Junkie shop. These Terms of Service apply when you access this shop, purchase a product or download a resource.

By using the shop, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the shop.

1. About this shop

This shop is operated for Tanya Creative Junkie, an Australian creative education and digital-product business.

The shop provides creative resources, digital downloads and, where offered, physical merchandise. Some products are intended to help people create, learn, share and build something of their own after 50.

The shop is hosted and supported by Fourthwall.

2. Fourthwall’s role

Fourthwall provides the storefront, checkout, payment processing, order management and digital-delivery technology used by this shop.

Fourthwall acts as merchant of record for purchases processed through its checkout and manages applicable sales taxes and VAT. Fourthwall’s own terms, privacy practices and payment conditions also apply when you use its services.

Tanya Creative Junkie creates or selects the products offered through the shop and is responsible for product descriptions, original digital content and any product-specific licences.

3. Eligibility and customer information

You must be legally capable of entering into a purchase in your location. If you are under the age required to enter into a contract, you may use the shop only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to provide accurate and current information when placing an order. You are responsible for checking that your email address and other order details are correct before completing checkout.

4. Products and availability

We aim to describe and display products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly between screens, printers, materials and production methods.

Product availability, specifications, prices and descriptions may be updated without notice. We may correct an error, withdraw a product or cancel an affected order where reasonably necessary. Any applicable refund will be processed through the original payment method.

5. Prices, currencies and taxes

Prices may be displayed in a currency selected by you or automatically determined according to your location.

The final price, currency, applicable taxes, shipping costs and other charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Currency conversions are managed through Fourthwall. Your bank or payment provider may apply its own currency-conversion or international-transaction fees.

Fourthwall calculates, collects and remits applicable sales taxes and VAT for transactions processed through its checkout.

6. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Fourthwall and its payment providers. Tanya Creative Junkie does not directly receive or store complete payment-card details.

By completing checkout, you authorise Fourthwall and its payment providers to charge the displayed order total to your selected payment method.

An order is not complete until payment has been successfully authorised.

7. Digital products and delivery

Digital products are delivered electronically through a download link or other access method provided after checkout.

No physical product will be shipped when a listing is clearly identified as a digital product.

You are responsible for:

• Providing an accurate email address
• Checking your spam or junk folder
• Downloading and securely storing your files
• Confirming that your device and software can open the file formats stated in the listing

Fourthwall may apply download limits to digital files. If you experience a genuine access or delivery problem, please use the shop contact form and provide your order details.

8. Digital-product licence

Unless a product listing or included licence expressly states otherwise, purchasing or downloading a digital product grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal use only.

Unless expressly permitted by the applicable product licence, you must not:

• Resell, redistribute, share or give away the files
• Upload the files to shared drives, file-sharing services or public websites
• Claim the files, content or designs as your own
• Copy or modify the files to create a competing product
• Remove copyright, licence or ownership information
• Use a personal-use product for commercial purposes

If a product expressly includes commercial-use rights, Private Label Rights or Master Resell Rights, the specific licence supplied with that product takes priority over this general section.

9. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the original written content, branding, graphics, designs, downloads and other materials offered by Tanya Creative Junkie are owned by Tanya Creative Junkie or used under an appropriate licence.

Your purchase does not transfer copyright or ownership. You receive only the usage rights stated in these terms, the product listing and any licence supplied with the product.

You may share a public link to a product page, but you must not reproduce or distribute the product itself without permission.

10. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Cancellations, returns, replacements and refunds are handled according to the shop’s Returns & FAQ policy, Fourthwall’s applicable procedures and any mandatory consumer law.

Digital products may be cancelled and refunded within 30 days of purchase only if the files have not been downloaded.

Once a digital product has been downloaded, we generally do not provide refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases or purchasing the wrong product.

If a product is faulty, inaccessible, not supplied, materially different from its description or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee that applies by law, please contact us with your order details so the issue can be investigated and an appropriate remedy provided.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded.

11. Physical products

Physical products may be made to order. General returns or exchanges may therefore be unavailable for change of mind, colour preference or incorrect sizing selected by the customer.

If a physical product arrives damaged, defective, incorrectly printed or different from the item ordered, follow the instructions on the Returns & FAQ page and provide the requested order details and photographs.

Shipping times are estimates and may be affected by production schedules, carrier delays, customs processing and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

12. International orders

The shop may be accessed by customers outside Australia.

Physical international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges. Where these charges are not collected at checkout, the customer is responsible for paying them to the relevant authority or carrier.

Digital-product or physical-product availability may vary according to location, local laws, shipping restrictions or platform requirements.

Nothing in these terms is intended to remove mandatory consumer rights that apply under the laws of the customer’s country.

Educational content and creative-business resources are provided for general informational purposes only.

They do not constitute financial, legal, medical, mental-health, tax or other professional advice.

Individual results vary. Tanya Creative Junkie does not guarantee income, sales, audience growth, business success or any particular personal or professional outcome from using a product or resource.

14. Acceptable use

You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the shop, accounts or systems

We aim to keep the shop and its products accessible, but uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed.

Access may occasionally be affected by maintenance, hosting problems, security issues, payment-provider interruptions or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

17. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tanya Creative Junkie is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the shop, a product or general educational content.

Nothing in this section excludes, restricts or modifies any liability, consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
